Video: Meer chaos in Rocket League met nieuwe modus

Tijdens de Rocket League Championship in Hollywood heeft ontwikkelaar Psyonix een nieuwe modus aangekondigd. Met Rumble beloof je in een episch gevecht te belanden dankzij de willekeurige power-ups. Net als Hoops en Mutator is Rumble zowel online als privéwedstrijden beschikbaar.

In totaal komen er elf power-ups naar Rocket League. Power-ups als The Boot en Swapper gaan gegarandeerd voor heerlijke chaos en frustratie zorgen.

- The Boot (Kicks an opponent's car)
- Disruptor (Forces the opponent to drive uncontrollably)
- Freezer (Freezes the ball in-place)
- Grappling Hook (Pulls you towards the ball)
- Haymaker (Punches the ball)
- Magnetizer (Attracts the ball to your car)
- Plunger (Grabs the ball via plunger and cord)
- Power Hitter (Hit everything harder)
- Spike (Attach the ball to your car when you bump into it)
- Swapper (Change positions on the field with your opponent)
- Tornado (Sweep up the ball and cars into a giant funnel cloud)

Rumble is vanaf september beschikbaar. Volgens Psyonix is de nieuwe modus slechts het begin van een veel grotere update. De overige content wordt binnenkort bekendgemaakt.
